Is the driver side radius bar supposed to be bent?
I did some searching and couldn't find any type of answer. On the drivers side, the bar appears to be bent some and I was wondering if this is something that the ef's were designed with.
What actually is sparking this question is this; my front driver side wheel sits further forward than the passenger side at a rest. Also, when I am braking hard there is a pop noise that comes from the front. I can control this pop by how hard I hit the brakes. Help please.

Yes, both side radius rods should be straight and the same size/length. If the driver side is bent it would give you some caster like you are describing.
I had a "clunk" noise once under some breaking/acceleration, it was due to the radius rod bolts not being torqued down all the way after a transmission shop did some work. Maybe yours is loose too or the there may be some play in the connections points since it is bent.
