Im lookin for 13,500obo w/ the 5 lug conversion or 12,500 obo with it on 4 lug and some rota's or any OEM wheel u want

the only thing the CAR NEEDS IS CTR CLUSTER AND STEERING WHEEL NO LOW BALLERS EVERYONE KNOWS HOW MUCH THESE

keep in mind that the project is not finished......the car is STILL OBD2 and HAS NOT BEEN WIRED for VTEC meaning i have not taken this car past 5 k since motor swap which was done about 5 months ago......u will need to get a crank angle sensor or just get an OBD1 wire harness and convert it over to OBD1 i can have it done for you b4 purchase of car i just dont have anymore time for this thing and i need to move on with my family which im making future plans for........here are some pics of the car.........

How could he have ctr rods in a b16 bottom end that cant work. You need to go over the vehicle description again.
