my exhaust smells so bad, its like a rotton smell i thought it might be the catalytic converter but someone told me that would smell like rotten eggs this is not rotten eggs it 10x worse i have no idea anybody have any ideas??

it is the smell of ****, oil and gas all mixed together

 

I know mine smells like that right now. I need new valve stem seals and my fuel is really rich.

 

do u have a stock cat? and what is your exhaust setup?

 

thats usually a sign of a bad cat....or im not sure but i've heard if you have water in the exhaust, it will cause a nasty odor. not sure on #2
