Say what? I didn't understand one word of that post. Are you trying to say your 2003 Accord hood rusted? Where did it rust from? Where do you live? It had to rust for some reason. I highly doubt it was a flaw in the making of it? Maybe i'm wrong though?

the russian accord is a differenct car to my knowledge....or at least is not manufactuered useing materials from the same source.........has Honda or Russia sent out a notification???....is the car exposed to winter weather alot???
