How many miles??
How many miles do you guys get from ur itr with a full tank of gas?? i'm talking bout daily driving the itr.. not flooring it from light to light.. i was jus wondering..
with occasional or more than occasional vtec and city driving & hwy driving i will get around 210 miles to a full tank if i'm lucky. 180-190 normally because i kind of have a lead foot.

When I'm putting around on the streets, I get around 21-23mpg. If it's mostly highway, I get around 28-29mpg. It seems to be getting better for some reason
. I hit vtec(1st gear through 3rd) about 5 or 6 times each tank, not too much but not too little. That's only when I enter the hwy, not light to light

Miles per tank is not meaningful, because point at which people fill it varies, and so does the number of gallons. Miles per gallon (mpg) is what matters.
I generally get around 25 mpg in mixed driving. On a long trip, I get around 30.
If I am getting 25 mpg, then I get 200 miles on a tank if I fill it when it's down 8 gallons and I get 300 miles on a tank when it's down 12 gallons. (NOW do you see why miles per tank is pretty meaningless?)

Seriously? It runs fantastic! The motor is as strong as ever and the transmission continues to be buttery smooth. I raced my friends stock 2004 WRX just last week from a roll (in the RAIN!!!) and managed to pull a half car length during several 40 to 100 mph races. The Type R consistently has the edge with its top end power. The only power modification on my car is the Comptech 4-2-1 header.
If you keep these cars well maintained and don't abuse them they are designed for a long life.

Did I mention the roads were flooded... (eyes roll)
40 - 100 mph and then back the 65 mph limit takes less than a few moments. It’s hardly a risk with no traffic and straight open road. Save your breath PriMaTe.
