Question about seat belts?
I plan to buy my Bride seats next month and I am also going to get the Takata full harness and I want it to look nice and clean, so I am going to take out my regular seatbelts but I don't want to have a big hole in my door pillar. Is there some kind of part from the dealer or something so I can plug it up like it suppose to be there. Thanks for any info.

fine...
i have done what you are about to do, except my car is track only
what are the reasons for you to do this?
you know, its illegal to drive around in your takatas
then comes the inevitable, do you have a rollbar to go with those seats and harnesses, and is it a 5 point harness?
does your setup look like this?

or
like this?

The ultra rare Type-G integra sold only in the northern regions of Sudan didn't come with seatbelts and thus have the desired plug. They also didnt come with seats, and instead used a hammock like net suspended from the roof to contain the front two passangers.
I didn't know it was illegal
that suck. Anyway, I am going to get the roll bar pretty soon after the seats. And the harness will be 4pt. I don't think all of you guys really want to know why I want to do this but if you really have to know, I want to enter it in HIN in October. I know you guys are kinda against the whole show car thing but my R is my daily driver and I put 130 miles on it five days a week, back and forth from work. So I don't want to do too many internal things or any track events until I buy a POS commuter car. I just want a clean looking R for now then later, it will be a different story.

Well I can siply get the 5pt. but I still didn't know it was illegal. I been pulled over enough by the cops, maybe its not such a good idea to disconnect them. But back to the question, what did you plug yours up with?
