ITR oil change....how long does car need to idle afterwards?

Default ITR oil change....how long does car need to idle afterwards?

changed my oil today and let it idle for about 2 minutes before driving off.....is that alright or should i let it idle until completly warm next time...just curious to know if it even matters..btw..2000 JDM ITR...castrol syntec 10w-30...no harm done hopefully.....i just figured to let it cylce through like any other warm up and run her....thanx

Doesn't really matter. The purpose of letting it idle is to use that time to check for leaks and make sure everything is kosher before driving off.

After filling the oil, I always let it idle for a few seconds after the light goes out, shut it off, and recheck the oil level.

do i have to take my subs out my hatch to chek the oil cuz they heavy and i thaught maybe it would tilt my ride and make the stick dip not reading right.
