4th genners....your grills are needed ;)
Well today I got bored so I decided to do my own DIY grill. A lot of this comes down to personal preference but since I have YET to see a decent aftermarket grill for the 90-93 accords, I did my own
.
Here are some BEFORE pics:

Now with the older pics all I did was remove my grill and separate the chrome piece and the other piece. I then painted the chrome (after sanding) and then put it all together. You can either paint it black or paint match, but IMO it is better either way minus the ghey chrome.
Now moving on to what I did today:

Now the only difference is that I took out my dremel and took out the "slats" and smoothed everything out. I painted the inside plastic piece black and the chrome edging along with the outer part of the H body color. Did 2 coats primer, 2 coats body paint and 3 coats of clearcoat.
What do you guys think?
Edit:
Threw this pic in because a) I am a ***** (looks at sig) and b) because I just got done cleaning the ride

I have looked for grills but have found really nothing for 90-91...btw your accord is so sex
. I like a clean looking grill but nothing too eye catching, I am all about minor but noticable changes (hence the outside looks next to stock), but to the "trained" eye you can tell the difference.
Do you have any sites that have grills for the cb7?

well, the top pic is a "G-square" grille. (they also made the separate brows but the ones in the photo were my d.i.y. brows) problem with G-square is that they discontinued their 4th gen products. so you can only find used ones and their items rarely make it over to this side of the pacific.
the bottom pic is a "Chargespeed" grille. it's still available but pricey, one of those "special order" items that require upwards of 2-4 months wait time and non-refundable deposits. only gripe i have of it is that it doesn't fit well initially. required a lot of prep time, sanding it down and bondo'ing up any defects that resulted from sanding. something you wouldn't expect to do when paying the premium price they charge for it.
