Default need help

Check it out. I just found out my car has water in the motor. Seems ugly i know. I ran the car for ONE DAY, and ONE day only. Is there still a chance that i can get the water out of the car, and still have an alive engine, or am i just fucked and i should buy a new motor?

i got this car for 600 bucks, and to put a grand on it seems a waste to me. Anyone know where i can get a good mottor at a cheap price here in California? i am in Los Angeles Area (323).

Thanks, any help will be appreciated.
