Default si vs. gsr tranny

ok from the last poll i decided to do a tranny instead of cams. now some more input is needed from u guys
1. buy a b16 tranny (500), jdm itr fd (400) and a new itr lsd for 350
OR
2. just buy the fd and lsd and put it in my gsr tranny.

will the fd even make that much difference in the gsr tranny?

i dont wanna buy a itr tranny, because i will be doin this in time, not all at once
