Low beams

New purchase 1988 Accord
Low beams not working. High beams fine. All other electical seems fine. I left the switch on for a while and they lit briefly. Is this likely the switch?

Possibly, also check the wires behind the headlights for breaks in the wires. I've seen that alot on the pop up headlight accords.
