86 Honda Civic Si...EF or not?
Hey guys just wondering if the 86 honda civic Si is an ''ef'' model ?? They come standard with a goldtop zc same as in the ef civic and crx Si... Heres a pic of the model...

Pretty nice car. Gotta love 3rd gens.
I don't think it's a EF. EF (or ED, EE for the matter) are 4th gens only.
I think the code for 3rd gens was something like AT or AP or similar (I may be way off on this one though).

It is not an "EF." However, being a 3rd-generation Civic Si with a 1st-generation DOHC ZC, it is still a great car.
If you are located in North America and have a car that was originally sold here, you can find your chassis code by checking the 4th, 5th, and 6th characters of your VIN. Judging by the information you have given us so far, however, neither you nor your car are from North America . . .

Nah im actually from new zealand but living in australia for a little while... That car isnt mine i just did a picture search to show you guys what shape i meant

There is a turbo one with a kit that drives around near where i live in new zealand. 167kw atw 13.7 down the strip
