Default A/F ratio Running Rich

I just installed a Autometer A/F ratio gauge today and with a 74mm tb yes 74 i konw huge prolly too big but anyway that and a custom plenium IM and it says i am still running rich at 35 psi at WOT. How is this possible since stock psi is about 40-45ish or what are peoples thoughts on this Here is my set up and i have another ? too on the pic u will c a little red paint with a little blue arrow pointed to it under the fpr and there is a chunk of metal that i put in there with some holes drilled through it with a little rubber o ring to keep it from leaking but i had to put that in there so that when i put the fpr on there the stem that comes out the bottom won't hit the box of the IM and i was just wandering if that would effect the pressure that i could run because that fpr is suppose to be able to push up to 70 psi and when it is turned all the way up it only hits the max of about 50 psi but just wandering obviously i don't need over that but maybe in the future i will and was just concered about that. thanks for the help

Autometer A/F gauges are a waste of money, the only good A/F gauges work with Wideband o2 sensors, stock sensors only know rich / lean.

Get that car on a dyno with a Wideband o2, and tune it.
