imho people with 56k understand that coming into the appearance/cosmetic forum is going to cause them to view pictures that may take a while to load. i don't believe that you need to warn people about it on every post.

imo if people got in the habit of writing how many pictures they're including in their body...in the thread title...it would be much more productive, and much more beneficial to 56k users.
