Default amp to power 10w6v2?

sorry im new to this whole car audio thing. ive been looking on the internet for information on what to use to power the JL 10w6v2 i just bought. im just going with one w6 and was wondering if the Kicker KX400.1 amp would be siutable for the sub? any responses would be great since i have almost no clue what im doing. thanks
