gsr or b16 head on ls block

gsr or b16 head on ls block
i have a ls that i am rebuilding and i am wanting to get a v tec head, but i dont really know what will be better between the gsr or b 16. on either one i plan on getting new cams and replacing the whole valve train. if anybody has a ls block with either a b 16 or gsr head please give me suggestions or any input on how it will run or which would be better getting? thanks
