FS: Complete GE Sleeved Fully Built Assembled LS Short Block, CP Pistons, Eagle Rods!
Alright Guys, Well, here it is.
I'm Selling my car so it's time to get rid of the motor that I've been in the progress of building for it. Ready for something newer car wise, the ole' go fast beater just isn't up to my par any longer. Everything listed was installed and ran for less than two hours. Changed oil and filter after 20 minutes of idling on jackstands, looked perfect. Then drove for about 25 miles. Drained coolant and put new plugs in. Runs great, idles quiet and smooth. Broken in easy(3000rpm) for the first 50 miles, then gradually took it up 1000rpms at a time till about 5000. So It could still use some easy miles I'm sure, but I'm ready to move on.
PRICE: $2400 shipped
(obo/negoitable) with no waiting for turnarounds!
Payments Accepted: Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Paypal(PM me with ?)
CLEAN 81mm Golden Eagle Sleeved & O-ringed B18b Shortblock, 81mm CP Pistons and rings with approximately 9.6:1-10:1 compression depending on head(part #SC7015), Eagle LS Rods with ARP rod bolts, ACL bearings, AEBS Headstuds to be used with Vtec head, New Waterpump, clean oil pan with -10 weld bung and cap, crank case vent plugged and fittings installed for external breather/canister setup.

nice block may be interested but was wondering what is that mark that it in the number 2 cylinder ? thanks
If you're talking about the sixth picture up(which is the only one where I see anything), that was before the motor was ever ran just after assembly. It's just a little assembly lube
notice it's not in the recent top pictures.

you did all the assembly yourself right? could you give us some insight on your previous experience, or is this the first one you put together? what upper and lower ring gap was used? were the rod bolts put on with a torque wrench or stretch gauge? everything was platiguaged? vtec water and oil pump?
... i guess i'm just trying to get a feel for how reliable this block is going to be, not having been assymbled by a veteral builder.
also, do you have the paperwork or warrenty papers from GE for the sleeving?

Rods and pistons were assembled/balanced by Superior Machine shop(local highly recommended shop). Ring gaps were done to earls recommendation .017"top and .018" or .019" bottom(don't remember exactly which one was used, sorry about that). Everything was plastigauged and read perfect clearances with the ACL bearings, rods torqued to 32ftlbs, aebs headstuds torqued to 65lbs. New waterpump(LS 19teeth), LS oil pump. I've assembled a few motors, nothing crazy but nothing that ended in catastrophy.
it was just some coolant that had got a little rust spot. i just wiped it off, here's some pics. lol no worries.
