I'm guessing since the ZC came from Japan that it would be near impossible to find a wiring harness for it if it didnt come with the engine? Or can I use another wiring harness?

 

you need to use the engine wiring harness for your car and make any necessary wiring changes to it - harnesses are not interchangeable, DX must use DX, Si must use Si, etc. - you can rob any connectors you might need from the ZC harness

 

you can make one. Use an 88-91 Si harness, but I think you have to swap the distributor plugs to square ones. like the DX's have.

 

Is there anywhere I can go to get the facts on this? Anyone else hear about using an si harness?

 

In what car? As it was said before, it's easy to adapt an SI harness to run a ZC in SI, and easy to adapt HF harness to run a ZC in HF.
Just distro plugs have to be changed.
It's more labor for DX'es though.
