Yokohama A022H1?
Anyone heard of these? Tire rack has them for $170 each.

Those are the OEM tires designed for the NSX, and for specific corners of that car. They have unique features such as different compound front vs rear, different biasing designed to work with the NSX alignment, etc. Not recommended for the ITR.
Yokohama also makes a similar tire called the A022A in the ITR stock size. I think these were created to compete with the RE010 stock tire for the ITR. They were an alternative worth considering when they were less expensive than the RE010, but not now that Bridgestone reduced the price of the RE010 below that of the A022A.
My car came with Yokohama's instead of Bridgestones. They sucked hard and wore really quickly. When I switched to Bridgestones, there was a noticeable improvement in traction!
