i got a head that needs to be cleaned and have new valvetrain + cam installed, then maybe even get them to slap it on as well

i just need a reputable tuner


also any help on how to "test" any mechanic on whether or not he knows what hes doing, thanks

Avoid leitner!
There are lots of threads about his work in the FI forum of sleeves cracking, etc.

Gord Bush is the way to go - except i'm not sure where he's working now....
