I'm looking for an h22a to swap into my prelude "s". I was wondering what I needed to do this, weather or not I can use my tranny that is in there, along w/ my ecu, and my engine mounts, or if I need all new ones. Please tell me as much as possible that you guys know about this engine swap. If you know anyone who could give me directions on how/ what I need to do. Thanks a lot!!!

 

I think the swap will be pretty straight forward.. You do not wanna use the stock "S" tranny with a H22a, the gears are too long and really hurt the acceleration.. H22a1 motor and tranny/wiring harness and ECU.. Im pretty sure the VTEC motor mounts will be fine.. The S axles you should be able to use as well..
