coolant drain bolt on block

Default coolant drain bolt on block

hey all. i just realized that i dont have any rtv silicone to apply to the bolt as the helms suggests. im too lazy to go get it and i really dont think it will leak...but just to make sure i wantde to ask anyone who has NOT put any on and sprung a leak??

ok ok, i just went to double check and the helms said "liquid gasket" i am assuming they are refering to RTV SILICONE.....or are they refering to a GASKET SEALER. thanks!!
