how does the stroke effect a FI motors performance? example, a d16 and b16 have about the same displacement, the d has a longer stroke of 3.5xx inches and the b has a shorter stroke of 3.0xx inches. Now since the high effective compression ratio is what makes a FI motor work so effectively, the longer stroke would make it seem that the d16 would have the advantage over the b16. The fact that people dont often look over 8000rpm on a FI motor seems like its a waste of the b16s ability to rev to 10000rpm mildly built. I am trying to TECHNICALLY determine if the d16z6 is a better motor to turbo than a b16a2....so heres my case...this is not a B vs. D, its a a2 vs. z6

#1 longer stroke works well with the high effective c.r.
#2 the rev range suits a z6 more than an a2
#3 b16s are larger and leave you less room for turbo under the hood
#4 b16s are heavier
#5 my z6 is already an OBD 1 and no conversion is needed to use hondata etc..
#6 Ds are cheaper to buy if you blow one up

is it safe to say that A z6 IS A BETTER MOTOR TO TURBO??
