anybody have step by step instructons on how to change a release bearing?
I need to change my release bearing...im pretty sure how to get it done but it wouldn't hurt to have some instructions just incase.....

You're talking about the clutch throw out bearing right?
Just ut a lil grease on the bearig ID and "ears" and make sure when you move the release arm that the bearing moves with it.
