I want to thank everyone who attended the NDRA event in Virginia this weekend.

Spectator Count 26,500

We had some world records that were broken, milestones set in several classes and alot of new faces on the podiums at the end of the event.

The car show had a ton of nice cars, and the judges said this was the hardest field they have ever judged. Congrats to all the show car winners.

And last but not least, I want to really thank all the fans who made this one of the largest sport compact drag racing events attendance wise. We really appreciate You hanging in thier with us on Sat. as we had a long delay in tech. We were understaffed in the tech department this weekend, and had more racers than we anticipated having.

The only thing I regret is not being able to actually meet everyone that I get to talk to on Honda Tech. I did however meet Tony1, Boostfed and several others. It was great to meet You guys and get to talk with You, nad good luck to all at the next NDRA event. If I don't get to meet You in the pits, please stop me in the staging lanes and say hi.

It was a fun weekend. I saw you running all over the place. It doesn't make sense to me why there was sooooo many people there saturday then alot less sunday. Saturday it took me like a hour to get a ticket. The event was awesome with some sick times posted in alot of the classes.

 

Unfortunately, taht is just the way this market is. Everyone want's to come on Sat, and not for the weekend.

 

As always a fun time was had....I just wanted to see the jello wrestling damn it!

But had to service the racecar

Chuck told me Sat. am that he was going to try and go 8's on 26's. I am just glad that I took a few minutes and checked the car out while I had the chance. AWESOME CAR! Congratulations guys

Thanks YOU for the hard work and good organization. It was a good race. Turbo 4 class looks to be a hot ticket this season. I hope we see the huge turnout at all the races!

When will we get an idea on our point totals for the race? I was a bit confused when the 2nd round eliminations were posted up on the NOPI website as 1st round eliminations!

I'll see you at MIR, with MY car instead of a lowly mid 11 second customer car. I hope to have everything dialed in to keep up with Jason, Brian, and Ali.

 

What an awesome weekend!! I have not seen a turnout like this racers or fans, or have not seen a line to get into a race, since some of the original battles back in 97. I am very impressed!!

Drag racing is back and the NDRA has brought it. As a leading manufacturer, I am very pleased to see the turnout this past weekend. I feel secure this market is growing and excited to see what it holds.

Thank you all the NOPI guys for a wonderful weekend, the hospitality and organization was impeccable!! Whatever you guys are doing it is working!!

I think Nopi has been doing a great job in bringing the sport back to the racers. Kinda like IDRC was back when they were in their prime. But better. Kinda hard to compare with the bikini contests and foam pits and all . lol.

Ill see you guys at the next one on the coast for sure.

How do we know this man names Glenn when we see him? You usually outside in the crowds wandering or are you in the tower in the AC all day livin it up
