Default Sensors [Turbo Install]

I will be boosting within the next few weeks and have come across a question. I have a 98 ex-d16y8 and am curious about some of the sensors. I know there is one in my CAI right now. Can i leave that hanging in the engine bay? and also, there is one that will be around the downpipe...can i leave that hanging in the bay as well, or should i get a bung welded in the downpipe? Any others, is there one close to the cat??

Alex

your talking about your air temp. sensor and o2 sensor and i suggest you use both, you will need to weld in a bung to place the o2 sensor on yur dp, and yur air temp sensor when you make the intercooler pipe just drill a hole and place it just as it is on yur intake tube, with the seal and all....its not hard to do, but definetly dont just leave them hanging...

I can use the air temp sensor in the intercooler piping? that would be great because im using my CAI for piping so that would work out perfect. I know there is going to be alot of pressure in these pipes, is there any way to secure the sensor in there?
