That's kinda of vague question. I am assuming that you are talking Apexi exhuasts, because that's the first that came to my mind when I read "GT Spec". Well Apexi does not make a GT Spec or even the N1 catback for 4G Civic/CRXs. I dont even think they make universal GT Spec canisters, however I do know that they have universal N1 exhausts in both N/A and turbo diameters.

Having said that the Apexi GT Spec catback has the larger diameter of the two exhausts, and it is also the louder of the two. The GT Spec is available for RX-7's, 240SX, MR2-T and Supras. While the N1 has a larger number of car applications.

EDIT: oh yah, of the exhausts available for our cars the N1 types will be the loudest. and usually the most freeflowing.
