Default Throttle Response question on B16a motor

I just got my B16a finished up and I noticed that the throttle response is delayed by about 1/2 a second. Also I dont know where the vaccum line coming off of the FPR hooks up and I lost my honda manual.

Basically, I step on the gas it pauses and then revs up. It actual drops may be 100rpms during that hesitation period.

Any ideas????

I dont have any pics, but basically you just need to run the fpr vacuum line to any open 'port' on the intake. Some B16a will only have 1, which may already be taken up by the evap solenoid thing. In this case, just buy a t-fitting from autozone and splice the 2 together.
