How do you tell if your ECU is the correct one after an engine swap
I recently had my 1995 AUTOMATIC Integra LS engine and transmission swapped with a MANUAL 1995 Integra LS engine. I've been plaqued with a host of problems because the shop was so sketchy about the entire situation.
The car has been running really rich since I brought it back and I would like to know if possibly they were trying to rip me off by not replacing the ECU. Is there any code on it that I can look for to tell if it's for a 1995 Manual?

not to flame, but if they were unsure of anything, I would've taken it elsewhere...I've been screwed by shops doing engine swaps before, and if they seem sketchy before they do it, they won't give a **** about your car either....
did they swap just the trans or both pieces?

Trust me typer98...i've learned my lesson from this experience. I was desperate to get my car back and towing it from shop to shop was not viable, plus i'm new to the area. Someone on the Honda-Tech.com board acutally recommended that shop to me.
I am going to bring the car to Acura this Saturday...and just bite the bullet (Awww...this is going to be expensive) But before I do, I want to know if there is anything I can do before I get charged my left arm and my right leg. I've gone back so many times to that shop and they've been completely no help.
Yes they did both the engine and tranny together.
(I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau...whatever that does)

If you still had an automatic ecu- you would get a MIL - and a code for the torque converter lockup solenoid- unless they wired in a resistor (it doesn't sound like they would be smart enough for that) You can find the ecu and look at it- there are part numbers on it. Call your acura dealer with these numbers and they can tell you what it is for. Look for a number starting with 37820-xxx-xxx
