Default 96 civic gsr swap not going right...

Hey ht dudes...we just put in a 96 gsr motor into my uncle's 96 civic ex coupe. Everything is plugged in and correct...(double..and even tripled checked!!)...but it's not starting!! we dont know what's wrong! it's throwing code 16..which is fuel injectors, but everything seems fine on them! also it's throwing code 6, which i think is crank sensor...everything seems okay, there's sufficent power, pressure and fuel pump is working...EVERYTHING seems fine...but it just does start..just Chhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....we did comp. test and i think #1 showed 50..which is REAL low...the rest are fine they said...could this be big trouble!!??

did the harness, and engine come together? If your engine was shipped it may be a bad sensor which get damaged during shipping i hear. Dont start buying new parts untill you get your main brains checked.
