have u tried having them machined while the rotor is still attached to the hub? incase the hub is stightly warped, and u bolt the rotor to the warped hub, it will in turn warp the rotors.

Id ask your local Midas/Tuffy/Mufflerman/whatever repair shop you have if they can turn your rotors...Should be able to get both fronts done for about 80 bucks??

If they dont mention anything be sure and ask them if you have enough base material left to have them turned....if not id look into some oe replacements or even brembo 10" rotors are suprisingly affordable Good Luck

how often are they warping to the point you have noticeable cavitation after the last resurface? 10K? 20K? more? also, when was the last time you rebuilt your calipers, if ever. rebuild kits are cheap and rebuilt units aren't too bad. 4th and 5th gen didn't have the best brakes in the world. my 95 needed a brake job every 10-15k, but since I got the AEM kit (about 60K now and juuuust beginning to cavitate) no probs except for replacing pads, and I'm very hard on my brakes (read: laaaate braker)

yeah, I agree. I wasn't suggesting an AEM kit. Brembos are cheap and very good quality. jm2c, but just get plain ol discs, no aftermarket drilling or anything. Bendix IQs are also very good organic pads.
