Default how often do you have to smog in cali? in other states? propane conversion2pass

when i lived in texas, i had to register my toyota truck in iowa. i could not pass tx smog. (race cam and weber) a friend of mine who worked at e-systems (they build pentagon black projects. spy sattelites, ect) had 3 propane conversion kits to loan out for people to pass tx smog on thier cars. it was just a bottle mount, lines, a regulator, a throttle bracket with a lot of adjustments and a proportioning valve, kind of like a carburetor. he was able to get anything to pass smog. blown big block whatever. why dosent somebody rent these out? how often do you get smogged? once? every year? i dunno. i live in nebraska where we are a bunch of backass redneck country f##ks but we dont get smogged EVER. i am thinking of doing others a a=favor and building some kits for rent. any takers?

EVERY year in NV...

and it's harder to pass here than in CA, due to the fact that they just stick the damn thing in the exhaust while the car is in neutral and rev on it...

at least in CA, they do a rolling test...
