Default h22a1 ecu on euro-r h22a

does anyone know if using an h22a1 OBDI ecu on a euro-R h22a could be bad for it, i want to use the h22a1's ecu because OBD I is better then the OBDII ecu it comes with...

if no one knows could anyone speculate?

It might run a little lean. U could get a spoon sports chip for it, or run a VAFC to richen it up. Remeber the Accord Type R (Euro R) makes 30 more horsepower than the USDM H22A1. I would reccomend a bit of fuel map tuning here.

maybe i'll do that... or just hondata it only for the loss of speed governor, a raised rev limiter and the better fuel map tuning... also thanx a lot for answering... no one else would
