Your DX tranny will work fine.

You should also be fine in using your Si harness... you just need to add in the wiring for VTEC switch and VTEC Pressure Switch, and relocate/extend the wires from your current Map Sensor (located on firewall) to the Intake manifold on the new motor... that is of course if you decide to use the D15B's intake mani.

It will work but you will need a switch to activate VTEC.

Or convert to OBD1.

don't do the switch thing, it dosn't work's really well since you didn't advance timming under Vtec and losing a few pony right there.
convert to OBD1 with a blownhatch90 harness ( easy as 1,2,3 )
use a PO8 ecu with the RPT program, the P28 will now work perfectly with your application cause of the 2 o2 sensor, the D15b use only 1, 1 wire O2 sensor
thath's about it,
