Aweful Creek in Suspension after Sway bar install
My brother has a 2000 coupe and he recently installed suspension techniques sway bars. Now whenever he makes some turns, there is a hideous creek coming from the front driverside. Is this normal? Is there anything that would reduce or elimate this? Has anyone else had a problem similar to this? Thank you.

Yes, but it is possible more could be needed. Do they make a stronger linkage kit for accords?

Does the sway bar fully clear the exhaust? I know sometimes when I went in reverse or took a hard right it would knock and rub against the exhaust and make a loud annoying sound. I fixed it by getting an Apexi WS, although some padding could have done the trick.

I'm having the same noise problem also. I installed a used ST rear sway bar (that I got for $20.00 at the wrecking yard) on my 5th gen. After like a week after I installed it, it started to creak. And I mean CREAK, not squeak! I replaced my shocks and springs also, and was worried if it was from the rear sway bar, or the shocks/springs.
I've used some stuff called "squeak reduction tape" to cure urethane bushing noise. It's like plastic/teflon tape (not the stuff plumbers use) that you put on the sway bar. You'll hafta call your local parts stores NAPA, Car Quest or auto body supply store to get the stuff. It's 3M product #5430 or #6356. It depends on the vendor which part number to use. Just cut enough to wrap the sway one time.

Lube the hell out of that SOB, this happened to me one time so i just greased it up really good, oh yea and make sure to pace your strokes. Dammit man be careful with it!!!!!
eibach sway bars only come with urethane bushings for the rear.. you reuse the front factory rubber bushings.. if the endlink bolts are tight, then remove the bushings, make sure you cleaned them well, then apply a good amount of the silicone grease eibach provides..
