Default what should i replace when my b16 gets here....

i have yet another question for you all, im ordering a b16 off of hmo. they recommend replacing items like spark plugs/wires, timing belt, water pump, etc. does anyone know if its absolutely nessesary right away, or can it wait for alittle if the ones on my car now are fine? also, i read the recent post about hmo motors and the probs ppl have been having w/ them, should i be worried about ordering my motor from there?

Yeah the timing belt is a key, it'll be easy since it's outa the car...well almsot anything will be 10x easier with out it being in the bay.
Timing belt
head gasket
plug wires
plugs
valve cover gasket
cam gear gasket
oil pump
water pump
ARP b16 headstuds - only cause the stock ones can stretch, nice insurance.

maybe....(just to save headaches in the future and cause it's easy now)
new tensioner
plug O gaskets
injector O rings
intake manifold gasket (exhaust gasket is pretty reusable unlike the intake where it can burn ONTO the mnaifold and the head which sucks then cause you gotta scrape it off...)

You could drive on it first but why take the chance. All of that stuff is way easier to do when the motor is out of the car anyway.

I HAVE DONE 2 B16A SIR2 SWAPS NOW AND THE FIRST THINGS THAT I DO IS SWAP THE TIMING BELT THAT IS JUST SOME GOOD INSURANCE. THE CAP, ROTOR, WIRES, PLUGS, AND ALL THE FLUIDS.

THEN THE REST LATER. TO EVEN OUT THE MONEY A LITTLE
