I have a 94 honda civic 4 door with a b18c1 engine swap. I have a code 15 being thrown. How might I fix this problem.

 

try checking all of your gronds and battery terminals to make sure they are not corroded, check the coil in your dizzy to see if any buid up is on them if all is clear you will have to start checking resistance on plug wires and stufff. have you tried changeing ecu's just to see if it does it with another computer?
