Default kteller exhaust on turbocharged 6th gen accord

I'm probably gonna turbo my 6th gen coupe w/ a stage 2 drag kit, and im thinking of getting the stainless steel 3 in. custom setup from kteller, but I was just wondering from people who may already have that on a turbo'd car (or not) how it sounds and performs? Is 3 in. absolutely necessary for a boosted accord or could u pull it off w/ smaller? but aside from that I mainly wanted to hear reviews on this kteller setup from people who have it, so im lookin forward to ur replies

yea im also wondering if 3 is REALLY necessary

i just saw http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=829 hks turbo exhausts for other cars and their diameter is 60 mm = less than 2.5 inches

i am wondering if theres more to it than just the diameter

I have the greddy evo exhaust on my 6gen turbo accord and it seems to be running great. Unless you want to run a high boost application 2.5 will be good to go.

ok........j00 are losing power w/ that exhaust, unless ur running like, 5psi (evo is 60ml - 70ml, and that bottleneck is kill u too)...u want to elimante ALL backpressure ASAP, less BP = faster spool (among other things)....while the true difference between 2.5 and 3.0 is not really HUGE until ur pushing a few hundred HP, but having the 3.0 will give u a bit more kick, in addition to allowing you to boost higher in the future w/o buying new pipes.....

EDIT: those are 60ml for 2 reasons...on some cars, u can get away with smaller piping when uve just got some teenie *** stock turbo.....and on some, theres clearance issues......

Get an e-cutout if you are worried about restriction problems with your exhaust.

so if i wanna get a stage 2 drag kit in the future, it's best to go w/ 3 in. instead of 2.5?

i never really understood what "stage 2" means......but to be honest, right away, theryed be not much difference.....but once u start boosting more/modding more, than extra .5" will help ALOT....id go 3"

go with 3inch if you have the cash, but for low boost application 2.5 inch works fine for me.(<10psi)

ah...back pressure increase the temp=more chances of "blowing up"
