Most powerful street FWD car in Australia video + Pic
Hey all I haven’t posted on here in ages, but many of the old members would remember me.. .hehe whilst iv been very busy in the past months getting ready to release the new K pro Hondata ECU out here in Australia, iv also been doing some more work on my car.
Were at a stage now were we are running low boost, (20psi) and I can’t wait to turn the boost up and run even more.
Below are some pics and video’s from the Australia Autosalon ( car show) where I claimed the most powerful FWD title. (322kw @ 10,000rpm) I want to rev the engine eventually to 12,000rpm and run 30 – 40psi of boost.
Thanks to a few key members such as Geoff, from Full race, Earl’s who’s just a master, Rocket for advice ages ago, Viren B18bturbo, and a few other key players who have helped me since day one over the past 4 years…
I hav’t been on the tack in the last year, but now we have a heap more power, and ill be looking at smashing my current record of 11.60 @ 129mph.
The car is fully legal, ADR37 approved daily driver, I should be racing again in the next few months, just been so busy tuning car’s for the GTP production race’s in Australia and Hondata units around Australia.

I'm the fastest FWD in my state.. in Victoria... but i haven’t raced for like all most a year now...
Technically speaking the fastest car is Online’s tube CRX at 9.01 which is a h22 but that’s no way a street car the online guys rock, nor are most of the top car's ehhe
The closest street car is mark's civic which ran 11.59 he like me runs with full interior, full glass full body, with all seats, no weight reduction etc.
But sadly in Australia were all in the same class... if your full interior like me... or a full tube car like online, so comparing car’s just doesn’t happen.
On a side note Australia HP is way different to US HP reading dyno’s you guys always read much more power than us !! heheh due to calibration factors and dyno differences.
oh and my engine is a b16 1.6L

I'm in NZ I am always wondering about your dyno results I read Zoom and High performance imports etc. How does it work have you worked out how much lower your dynos read? I have seen highly modded type rs get about 100kws and other such results?

hmm no idea why your dyno's read HIGH eheheh as for the real difference now idea.. just yeah a worked type R dc2 should pull around 112kw on a average dyno out here... but meh dyno's are not power reading mechiens.. they are tuning tools !

Well average type Rs read around 125 kws, our dynos read very much like the american dynos do. I know what you mean but I like comparing cars you Dirty aussies make it hard.

In Aust Standards 322kw = 430hp
Plus the difference between Aust HP numbers and US numbers typically 15%
So wheel HP = 496HP at the wheels on 20PSI on the 1.6L B16 engine.
As for the Head its all Custom modified by my self and Razz Tech Performance out here in Australia.
Actually the whole Engine is custom now.
