which alternator to buy???? b16a1

My buddy has a EF with a b16a1. the alternator went out, i dont know which one fits to replace it, B17, b18a,b18c, b16a2???? Are all the plugs the same? Which one to buy?

so the b18a? the guy said that the amperage is different for VTEC motors. is that true?
