Default Binding still with h22 swap?

OK i have a 89 integra axle in my delsol h22 swap... its the shortest axle that you can use for that swap right? I have the car raised up all the way and it still making some sort or banging or binding type noise it will only do it when i turn right and have it in gear.. If i turn with the clutch pushed in it doesnt do anything... Me and my friend were thinking it could be the lsd inside the tranny?... Maybe its low on tranny fluid..? also what fluid should i use for the lsd... any thing special or just motor oil like all other honda's?

first off when you did the swap did you drain and refill the tranny fluid?? most quick lube places use the 10W 30 for tranny fluid not the best thing you can use so you should actually change that every 3000 miles just like your oil...

you have a seven mm bolt right next to the passenger side axle
remove it and the vss
fill through the vss and keep filling until it stops leaking out of the bolt hole (make sure you are on level ground)

or you can fill it up from the shifter assembly thing with the vaccum cap on it. Its where your shifter cables connect to. All you have to do is put a hose into the cap of a bottle of oil, plug the hose into the little pipe thing with the vaccum cap removed and punch a hole at the end of the oil bottle to release some air and you're good to go.

Pull the rubber cap off on the vertical spout near your shift linkage on your transmission. Use GM syncromesh or some other GEAR OIL, not motor oil. Remove the round head bolt with the square in the middle( its made so you fit a 1/2 in drive extention in) on the passengerside of your tranny. And fill it untill it starts leaking out of the hole.

It's easiest to get a long funnel and fill you tranny fluid up by taking off the speed sensor.

it sounds like its not the axles. Just to make sure its not. Take off the CV axle nuts (32 MM nut). Put the rims and tires back on the car, and set the car down on the tires. Grab the CV shafts and try to move them back and forth. If there is play then its not your axles. If there isnt. Then your CV's are binding. (note: U should get about a half an inch of play or so, so it will be noticeable)

If it makes the noise while making a right turn, then it's usually the driver' side axle. The LSD Transmission, the shims are slightly wider, so sometimes even an 88-89 Integra Axle aren't short enough.

For people who buy DSS Stage I or II axles, you need to tell DSS it's for an LSD Transmission so they can make it slightly shorter for the LSD Setup.

I also have an extra one laying around for those interested.

You using accord midshaft ? Did you use a 92+ Prelude inner joint on that 86-89 axle?
