Ive Heard from honda dealers that the D16A8 Block Is the Same As A B16A.

So I Was Wondering If it is Possible to use a b16A head, valve covers, vtec retainers, springs etc etc on this engine?

 

anything is possible...

does it just bolt on?......No it absolutely does not.

B and D series parts are not interchangeable.

Sure they do with Duct tape and JB weld.

 

What about doing a D16z6 engine with a ZC head? Is that more or less a direct bolt on?
