yea, i juss got a 95 jdm h22a swap in my 92 accord and before i had an alternator problem and i took out the power steering to get to the alternator. after i got it fix i put it all back together then everytime i start the car, it makes a loud sqealing sound until i warm up the car, if i turn on the "ac" if takes even longer to get rid of the noise. is it the power steering belt? cause i tried to tighten it, do u think i tighten it to much or not enough?

 

my 4thgen f22a1 squeaks when cold, IIRC it would be the pwr steering belt, it gets way worse if the a/c is on when cold (goes away in 30 seconds when a/c is off and car is cold started)

dunno if its the steering belt, but it IS a belt, thats for sure

 

if you feel its tight but it still makes the noise,
this is wht i did, pour coke-yes the soda on it and it might take the noise away......no lie....some times it works....
