Default Leaky Accord

Hey fellaz..

Bought a 94 Accord, as my civic is gettin rebuilt for some boost...anyway..

love this accord..very comfy, nice ride, etc...but it leaks...

now i know many wont be able to decipher the problem...and i just havent had any time to get under the car and see where its leaking..but maybe some educated guesses could help me out...

now, 1st, it leaks oil. I checked under the car..looks like the oil pan gasket (fingers crossed)...2nd, coolant leaks...not sure where this is leaking from...I have no heat....I put some coolant/antifreeze in..and the heat comes on, but goes back cold because the motor spat out the coolant i just put in..the good thing is is that it leaks pretty much right away. Now what I dont understand is how could the car not be overheating if its leaking coolant?....I will say, beyond those 2 factors, the engine runs beautifully, idles nice, revs high, shifts smooth..

When i check the oil, the oil is a nice golden color (because its constantly being filled I presume) but no coolant in oil is evident....so thats good...

any thoughts?...

your oil leak may be the camshaft seal or the crankshaft seal, there was a recall for your car that ended last yeat for that, if thats not it, it will be pretty soon

oil could be anything, it wouldnt be tough to spot once you get under the car.

you have have a coolant leak and still not overheating. look for a pin size rip/hole on the coolant hose to the heater core or bypass. Mine was leaking once i put on a new radiator cap(the one wouldnt hold any pressure)

could possibly be a seal. I believe all the 4 cylinder accords that year had a recall on the front balancer shaft seal. Here's a helpfull link for recalls on all makes and models.
