I'm putting an OBD1 distributor on my OBD2 D16y8. What all needs to be done to do this? I was told to re-pin it. Just take the pins on the OBD1 dizzy and use the "plug housing" or whatever from the OBD2 dizzy. The problem I ran into with this was the difference in the pins. The smaller pins on the OBD1 distr. are a little shorter than the pins on the OB2 and the larger pins are a little wider than the pins on the OBD2. Help me out please!!
