but **** you would have to spend about 60 bucks on a rear bumper and not much in body work

Nah. The hatch is perfect, I had a 96 about a year ago and it was easier than my coupe. The bubble makes it a lot easier.

 

I have a 99 hatch I am thinking about selling, it is Roma Red with a mini-me and EX tranny. Power Windows,power locks (both from an Si) ex front brakes, ex front sway bar, ITR reat swaybar with Beaks kit, SRR rear LCA's, NEX full body Coilovers, Si front lip and replica grill, CTR rear lip and spoiler, SI armrest and cluster, color-matched moldings and trim, plus a few other things. I know it is not stock but its still a SOHC. small pic in sig, let me know if you might be interested, I am in kansas. Its real clean.
