when i turn the steering wheel with the car off but the accessories on the fuel pump and lights in the cluster will turn off and then when i wiggle the steering wheel back it turns back on and the car will start. also sometimes when i try to start the car after this i hear a clicking noise coming from under the dash and if i wiggle the steering wheel back and forth fast it clicks and the dash lights up fast also any1 know what this is??? PLEASE HELP
