Heres the situation. Took out my PR3 which had no problems. Went to install it in new chassis but everything wire wise is the same. I tried a PM6 ECU and no code so I'm guessing my ECU must have a bad spot. I can't see anything wrong with the board but the transistors, diodes, etc... I have no clue about. If anyone is able to help me get this fix I would greatly apprecate it. I'm pretty knowlegeable about fixing stuff so if you could just give me a starting point it would be awsome. Hate to have to ship off my ECU and be without it for a few weeks

I went to test the PM6 ECU it took longer then the PR3 but it did throw the same code.....guess have to find the other problem somewhere else

 

problem solved!!!!!!!!!! apparently the Black/Yellow power wire was swapped at the shock tower harness.....unsure if my mistake or if honda swaped them from 89 and 90's

 

most likely switched when doin the mpfi conversion.
