why cause its not JDM.. if thats what he wants to do..thats what he wants to do. try checking around on ebay, jdmshit.com. shouldn't be that hard to find

Skyline tail lights are almost a grand.. Not to mention all the crap you have to do to fit it onto your 89 prelude..
