Default '90 crx with b16a questions

I have a 90 crx si with a b16a swap. I have some questions regarding this car.

The front stabilizer bars, I guess that's what they are called. The bars that connect the front subframe to the front lower control are what I'm talking about. When I press on my brakes real hard there is a popping coming from the front left, it sounds like that bar might be moving. The reason I think it's that bar is that a few weeks ago the pass. side one was doing that, come to find out the nut, bushing, and washer had all come off. I got new ones and tighteded it up and it stopped. Now the front left one is doing it. I'm not sure how tight to tighten these nuts. I called a couple shops and they said to do it till it won't tighten anymore, but when I do the front bushing squeezes out. There are e.s. bushings on it, if that helps.

Another question. Will front brakes fit off of a '95 gsr. I crashed mine out and I was wondering if I changed knuckle and all if it would work, that way I would have bigger brakes on the front. Sorry about the incoherent typing but I'm in a hurry and about to leave. Any help would be appreciated.

they are called "radius rods" i think?

have you got the big 3in washers on the front and rear sides?

these stop the bushings squeezing out...

Yeah they are on there but they still squeeze out. That's why I was wondering how much i needed to tighten them up. Does anyone know and does anyone know about the brakes? Thanks.

No there's no spacer and I looked at some more crx's at my local junkyard and they didn't have any spacer in them. I guess your talking about the front of the rod right, where the nut, washer, and bushing go?

Does anyone know what to tighten it to? Would this have a large effect on handling, I figure it would. When I tightened up the passenger one it made a huge difference in the way it handled but I want to make sure i'm not tightening them up too tight. Thanks

So you just tightened it down until it wouldn't tighten anymore? What about the brakes, does anyone know about that? Thanks

Pretty much though I would'nt exactly stand on it or anything. Are you sure the washers are on the right way ?

the brakes wont go...you can put on the knuckles but you'll never get the alignment straight...you need da knuckles...then you can use the teg brakes...the dc knuckles wont work...had it on mines and alignment could never be straightened
